That's a bummer.
I know his show was beyond corny, and I'll admit it didn't really fit on the Loop (his Chicago home for the past 25 years), but I still consider it one of the biggest thrills of my radio career that he played several of my songs on his program.
I still have the album of the first time he played one (The Hayfever song), and a CD of the second time (Oktoberfest ist here).
