You may know him as the CEO of Citadel Broadcasting, a company he drove into bankruptcy. Or you may know him as the bean counter right-hand-man of fellow bean counter Mel Karmazin when he was the CEO of Infinity Broadcasting, the last company they drove into the ground together.
But you should remember him even more as a man that always makes sure he gets personally wealthy while he cuts the pay of everyone who works for him. He got rich at Infinity. He got richer at Citadel. And now that Citadel is bankrupt, of course, he just signed a new contract.

"SULEMAN has inked a five-year deal with automatic one-year extensions, with a base salary starting at $1.25 million plus an annual performance-based bonus ($2 million as a bonus target for 2010) and stock options. He is not restricted by a non-compete clause after termination, although the company has the option of paying him his base salary for 12 additional months to keep him from taking a job with a competitor."
