Jack-FM is gone, and Eddie & Jobo are back as morning hosts. The new format sounds like it's going to be 80s-based music.
I'd just like to point out something that nobody mentions. That's my old station, WJMK, which is now on it's fifth different morning show since they got rid of Landecker (and Leslie and me) seven years ago. None of those shows have come close to Landecker's ratings, which were considered "disappointing." That's what they told us when they didn't renew our contract.
If Eddie & Jobo get the numbers we had, they'll be considered heroes.
I'm actually rooting for them to succeed. Morning radio in Chicago could use a jolt, and these guys certainly know what they're doing.
