The Star Plaza is Being Torn Down

The Northwest Indiana Times has the story. It's a bummer.

I not only attended more than a dozen concerts at the Star Plaza (in Merrillville), I was part of two different groups that performed there. It was a great mid-sized concert hall with good accoustics and good sight lines.

I guess time marches on.
