Meet the Eckhartz Press Author--Mike Gentile

Now that we have such a big stable of talented authors, we're going to take some time this year to re-introduce them to you. This week it's Michael Gentile. Michael and his brother Jeffrey wrote the incredible family memoir Mob Adjacent. In 2022, the book was a finalist for Chicago Writers Association Book of the Year.

Michael Gentile was born in Chicago, Illinois. He is a buyer for a produce wholesaler at the South Water Market. Michael lives with his wife Lou Ann in Lisle, Illinois. They have five children, fourteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren (at this count).
