We talked to 1970s teen heart-throb, Tony DeFranco. And if you're a Premier League fan you know the title race is nuts this year. Adam and I discuss it in this week's episode.

April 17--Skip Griparis

=Skip is a stand up comic who does musical comedy. He was once a member of the New Colony Six. Fun interview.

April 17, 2018--Chet Coppock passed away

=His old friend Mark Giangreco told us some great stories about Chet. 

April 18, 1938—First Superman comic book released. 

=We talked to a guy who actually owns a copy of that comic, Gary Moondog Colabuona 

April 19—National Poker Day 

=We interviewed professional poker player Tristin Wade, who has also has the thankless task of being Dave's poker coach.

April 19, 1982—"Caught up in You" released

=Rick and Jim Peterik jammed to that song on this episode. 

April 20—Hitler’s birthday

=We talked to the author of "Hustling Hitler" Walter Shapiro about his uncle who hustled the Fuehrer.

=Actress Carmen Serano (Breaking Bad) worked with Seagal in a movie, and trust us, it's a memorable story. 

April 11, 1976—Tubes song “Don’t Touch Me There” released

="The smell of burning leather" is a line in the song. Fee Waybill explains it to us.

=Ho Hum, just a worldwide best-selling author shooting the shit with Rick and Dave.  

April 12—David Letterman birthday. 

=Tom Dreesen told us the backstory of his life-long friendship with Dave. 

April 12—David Cassidy birthday

=Danny Bonaduce told us about his former co-star. 

April 13, 1990—Rico Suave peaks at #7

=Gerardo talked to us about those heady days.

=On the eve of his radio retirement, we talked to him about his outstanding career. 

Minutia Men Celebrity Interview Classic: Gerardo

We have now done over 200 interviews on our various Minutia Men podcasts, and this year we're going to revisit some of the best. Gerardo is famous for his hit "Rico Suave" but also had a film career (films like "Colors") and is currently embarking on a brand new career--he's a preacher. Rick and Dave discuss all of those things with him, and Gerardo has a great attitude and sense of humor about it.

*April 15, 1865, Abraham Lincoln is assassinated by John Wilkes Booth. Dave's 1974 poem correctly identifies Booth as 'Surely Not a Lincoln Fan' (AUDIO)
