I'm taking a few weeks off writing my Father Knows Nothing column to focus on my new full-time job...publicist for Records Truly Is My Middle Name. The column will return on April 15th.
However, I just got word that my Father Knows Nothing blog at nwi.com is a finalist for a Peter Lisagor award in the "affiliated blogs" category. That's the good news. The bad news is one of the other two finalists is Roger Ebert. Oh well, you know what they say about it just being an honor to be nominated?
