Koch Brothers Look Into Buying Tribune
This is the sort of news that sends a chill up the spine of liberals around the country. The Koch Brothers, who spend hundreds of millions of dollars to promote conservative causes through "think tanks" designed to influence media coverage, are looking into buying the Chicago Tribune and a handful of other Tribune-owned newspapers.
Why spend millions trying to convince the media? Eliminate the middle man. Become the media.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
