A Different View of "Comments" Sections

Anyone who reads this blog knows my feelings about the "comments" section of most on-line sites. They are a dark, ugly place, where very bad people say very bad things to personally harm complete strangers. Of the raw written sewage collectors, YouTube has always had the reputation of being the worst. My son Tommy has been posting YouTube videos for years (he creates games and funny videos), and the comments beneath those videos (some created by a kid as young as 13) have taken my breath away on occasion.

Well, this is the first thing I've ever read with an alternative point of view, so I thought I would post it. It never hurts to hear both sides.
