Joel Daly's Appearance on WGN Radio (Audio, Photos & Commentary)

Accompanied Joel Daly to his interview on WGN Radio yesterday afternoon. He and Bob & Marianne had a great chat about the old days of local broadcast news, and touched on a number of other subjects during their lengthy interview.

My personal favorite moment was this:

Marianne: So, you were abroad.
Joel: No, I've always been a guy.

It was fun to sit next to them during the interview. There was obviously mutual admiration. Joel was greeted warmly by both Bob & Marianne, and program director (or whatever his title is...I believe he's essentially doing that job) Todd Manley and Garry Meier both popped their heads in to say hello and wish Joel well.
