George Will has two things going for him in my book. #1, he is a Cubs fan. #2, he's a good writer. I don't agree with his politics, but I still like reading his column. I usually find at least one sentence that makes it worthwhile.
Today's masterpiece is his column's opening sentence...
Every sulfurous belch from the molten interior of the volcanic Trump phenomenon injures the chances of a Republican presidency.
We'll be reading an awful lot about Trump between now and his political demise, but I doubt we'll get a better sentence than that.
