RIP Mac Davis
Another icon from my youth is gone. Mac Davis was 78. You might remember him as an actor (North Dallas 40) or a recording artist ("I believe in music", "Baby baby don't get hooked on me") or a TV star (The Mac Davis Show), but to me he was first and foremost a great songwriter. He wrote a couple of big hits for the King, including this one...
