This weekend is Green White Soccer Club's annual fundraiser, The Schlachtfest. Every year we gather to eat our famous sausages and have a few beverages. A few years ago I became part of the official sausage making crew. Tonight's our big "sausage making" night.

Honestly, it's a fun time. I'm looking forward to it.

You know how they say you don't want to see sausage being made? That's not true if you do it right. We use all natural ingredients--high quality cuts of pork, special spices (Hungarian Paprika is key), and garlic. I don't want to brag...but this is the best sausage in the world.
