The Oscars
The Academy Awards are on this weekend, and I probably won't be watching them for the first time in a very long time.
I'll be in a recording studio with John Landecker going over our audio for the upcoming "Records Truly Is My Middle Name: The Soundtrack". Does it count that some of that audio involves former Oscar winners and nominees like John Travolta, Sylvester Stallone, Mel Brooks, Mary Tyler Moore, and Tom Hanks, among others?
I'll have to DVR the show. I can't wait to see how much Seth McFarlane skewers the stars.
By the way, I put a Facebook page up for "Records Truly Is My Middle Name" yesterday, and there were 350 likes in less than 24 hours. I have a feeling we may be on to something here.
