The ratings are down across the board for cable news stations, which I just think is a sign of our weariness as a country. The voices are shrill on the left and the right, and our news is given to us from only those perspectives.
On the other hand, CNN tries to play it straight, and their numbers are way down too.
Maybe it's the entire cable television industry.
