ESPN is cutting hundreds of staffers in a company wide layoff. I actually thought
this memo from the man doing the firing was pretty well written. I don't know him, so I don't know how he really feels or if he wrote it himself, but this memo at least exhibits some compassion and empathy. That's a rare commodity in the broadcasting business.
