I read the article a few times, and I have to admit I don't quite understand it exactly. One of the things they are suing for is that Neflix wanted Relativity to release their films on Netflix before they went into theaters. Not sure how this desire caused Relativity to lose over a billion. Maybe if you read the article you'll understand and you can fill me in.
