Publishing Portal--March 30, 2026

The latest news from Eckhartz Press, and a chance to peek into some of the great previous offerings from our humble little publishing company.

INTRODUCING: Beyond the Glass by Randy Merkin

(Available for pre-order now!)

In his second book, Beyond the Glass: More Stories from a Sports Radio Producer, veteran sports radio producer Randy Merkin returns with a new collection of true, behind-the-scenes stories that go deep into the daily chaos of live sports radio. From last-minute guest cancellations and breaking news to tense moments with hosts, executives, and high-profile athletes, these stories reveal what really happens when the red light turns on and there’s no room for mistakes.

This second volume moves past the basics and into the moments that shape a career—the pressure-filled decisions, the hard lessons learned on the fly, and the relationships built through trust, timing, and resilience. With honesty, humor, and insight, Merkin shows how producing live radio is as much about problem-solving and instincts as it is about sports.

Drawing from nearly 30 years behind the glass, Beyond the Glass is for sports fans, media insiders, and anyone curious about the unseen work that keeps live broadcasts on the air—and why the stories behind the scenes are often better than the ones told on air.

COMING SOON: Slivers

=Vicki Atkinson's second Eckhartz Press book will be her first novel. Here's a review that might give you an idea of what it will be about...

Secrets are meant to be kept—but never without consequence. In Slivers, Vicki Atkinson masterfully weaves good intentions with a tangled past, crafting a rich story of family, gifts, and legacy.

This emotionally resonant novel explores how secrets can both protect and wound, ultimately celebrating those who survive—and thrive—despite them. A captivating read that lingers long after the final page.

Wynne Leon, author, entrepreneur and podcaster

=Want to see a preview of the cover? Here it is...

40 Years, 40 Films

=Nick Digilio is now on Substack! Check it out here.

=Look who loves Nick's book. That's Mary McCormack, the actress who played Howard Stern's wife in the film Private Parts.

=Mark your calendar. Next Wednesday, April 8--Nick Digilio (40 Years, 40 Films) will be at the Lake Theater in Oak Park showing the funniest film ever made, "The Producers".

Bubble Boy

=What a great night for Bob (Wilbur) Williams on Wednesday night last week. He hosted his book launch party at Peggy Kinane's in Arlington Heights. (Photos below). If you pre-ordered the book, it should have arrived by now. If not, let us know. The USPS has been a little flaky lately. If you haven't ordered the book yet, why not? It's available right here with a simple press of a button.

To Nudge The World

=Jim Slusher was part of the Chicago Writer's Association LiveLit event last Thursday night in Chicago. Thanks to everyone who came out in the pouring rain to see him. (Photo)

=This week last year, Jim Slusher held an event at the Mount Prospect Public Library.

=In between those two events, he won Book of the Year from the Chicago Writers Association. No big whoop.

=Mark your calendar: Two more Jim Slusher appearances coming this month. He will be at Monarch Landing in Naperville on April 21, and at Aurora Public Library on April 23.

South Side Memories

=Gloria Golec was at that same LiveLit event (photo). It was quite an honor. So many authors tried to get into this event, and only 12 were chosen, including Gloria (and Jim Slusher above).

=Mark your calender: Another Gloria Golec appearance is coming later this month. April 25, Gloria Golec (South Side Memories) will be at Wheaton Public Library Local Authors Fest.

The Best of Words on Birds

=It feels like we got a sneak preview of Jeff Reiter's latest Daily Herald column when he sent us a photo a few weeks ago. But here is the article. It's about his birding experience during a recent trip to Southern California. Among the birds he saw there, this beauty, an Allen's Hummingbird (photo by Dexter Patterson)

=Mark your calendar: Three upcoming Jeff Reiter appearances.

April 25--Jeff Reiter (The Best of Words on Birds) at Wheaton Public Library Local Authors Fest (signing only)

May 2--Jeff Reiter (The Best of Words on Birds) at Washington and Lee University (signing only)

May 19--Jeff Reiter (The Best of Words on Birds) at Wheaton Public Library

=An incredible review of Robert Conlon's book came out this week. Thank you so much, Steven Peskind, who calls it "Dickens on the Midway".  He wrote....

Baseball Sale

EveryCubEver

=Tis the season! The seventh (and possibly final) edition of EveryCubEver is still available! If the Cub fan in your family doesn't have a copy yet, you can become a hero! You know who loves EveryCubEver? EveryCubFanEver. That's a fact. And this week you can save $5? It's a no-brainer.

Cubsessions

=This week in 2018, Eckhartz Press staged our biggest book launch party ever for the release of Cubsessions by Becky Sarwate and Randy Richardson. It was standing room only at Murphy's Pub and a who's who of Cubs-related folks attended. It's clearly the only book launch party we've held that attracted the Budweiser Clydesdales. Among the celebs in the pictures below, Rich Nye, Ferguson Jenkins, Steve Trout, the Bleacher Preacher, Bobby Skafish, the Shawon-o-Meter guy Dave Cilha, and Chet Coppock.

=Randy also wrote the Cubs murder mystery Lost in the Ivy, which is also on sale this week.

=This is an important date in Bruce Bohrer's book. March 29, 2003 was his first day with Cubs working as a Wrigley Field usher.

=April 9, 1990, the White Sox had their very last Opening Day at old Comiskey Park. Here's a photo from that day.

=The book Last Comiskey is all about that incredible final season, which offered lots of highlights for fans both on and off the field.

=This week last year we found out the whole Chili Dog gang was invited to Dick Allen's Hall of Fame ceremony including authors John Owens and David Fletcher, photographer (and fellow Eckhartz Press author) Ken Smoller, cover artist Todd Radom, publicist Sharon Panozzo, and your humble Eckhartz Press publishers Rick and Dave.

=Mark your calendars: Two upcoming appearances for the Chili Dog authors, promoting the film that emerged from the book, My Father, Dick Allen...

April 18--John Owens and Dr. David Fletcher (Chili Dog MVP) at the Chicago Public Library in Bridgeport.

May 9--Dr. David Fletcher and John Owens (Chili Dog MVP) at SeriesFest 2026 in Denver.

=EP Publishers Rick and Dave will be at both events.

=David Fletcher also co-edited Joe Jackson vs. Chicago American League Baseball Club, the trial transcript of Shoeless Joe's trial in Milwaukee. That's on sale this week too.

=Pat Motto has an entire chapter devoted to Dick Allen in her book To the Men I've Loved, because he was one of the men she loved (during his White Sox days).

=One of the unique elements of the book is that Pat uses a musical device to begin each chapter. She suggests musical accompaniment to set the mood for the time and place each chapter takes place. For instance, Chapter 2 suggests "A Teenager in Love" by Dion and the Belmonts (which came out this week in 1959), and Chapter 4 suggests "Another Saturday Night" by Sam Cooke (which came out this week in 1963).

=This is a big week in Sirens in the Loop history. This week in 1931 (April 4), the first film version of The Front Page was released in Hollywood. The Front Page was written by City News Bureau veteran Charles Macarthur and Ben Hecht. (It's discussed in the pages of Sirens in the Loop)
=Mark your calendars: Two upcoming Jim Elsener appearances
April 12--Jim Elsener (Sirens in the Loop) at the Book Loft in Oak Park
April 14--Jim Elsener (Sirens in the Loop) at the Admiral Senior Residence

Children's Book Day!

April 2nd is Children's Book Day, and though we aren't primarily a children's book publisher, we have published a few. Thank you to Ken Korber, Tom Latourette, Scott Redman, Butch Zeppo, Dena Mendes, Manton Clue and JJ Novak for your contributions!

Meta Stories

=Speaking of JJ Novak and his book MetaStories (above), this is the anniversary of the book's release (April 3, 2024). Meta-Stories I is a series of 18 allegories about life experiences, challenges and human resilience. The main characters include humans, animals and natural objects. Readers have the opportunity to immerse themselves in each story, reflect on inner meanings, and ponder how these stories resonate with them and their own life journey. Novak (photo)  is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois, with 35 years of experience working in hospital systems, outpatient private practice, and as a consultant to industries

The Loop Files

=Jonathon Brandmeier held a big party at the Chicago Theater for his 5th anniversary at the Loop (1988), and then at the same place for his tenth anniversary in 1993. The stories of those memorable broadcasts are told in The Loop Files. Here are a few photos too...(JB with Buzz, and JB with Jimmy de Castro)

=Loop sportscaster Jim Shorts is also celebrating a birthday this week (April 1). Loop Files author Rick Kaempfer interviewed him live on the air in 1993. The translated transcript of that interview is here. Kevin made Rick do it in German.

Doin the Cruise

=This year for Record Store Day (April 18) Mitch Michaels is making a return appearance to Blue Village Vinyl in Westmont. He'll be signing and selling copies of his book Doin the Cruise, and has also agreed to bring along copies of The Loop Files as well. If you don't have either book yet, and you were a big fan of the radio station, you are missing out!

=Back in the day, Flip Side record stores were the places to pick up Loop t-shirts. There were literally millions of those shirts around Chicagoland in the late 70s/early 80s. EP Publisher and former Looper Rick Kaempfer turned the tables. He picked up this Flip Side t-shirt. Same color scheme.

=Mark your calendars: Flip Side owners and authors
Carl and Larry Rosenbaum (The Flip Side) will be appearing at North Shore Senior Center on May 8th.

Records Truly is My Middle Name

=This week in 2013, John Landecker appeared on WCIU-TV to discuss his book Records Truly is My Middle Name.

=It was also a bittersweet week for John. His good friend Roger Ebert passed away. John appeared on Roe & Roeper's show on WLS Radio to talk about Roger. John also discussed Ebert in the pages of his book. We offered up that section as a free excerpt.

=April 4, 1968 was the day that Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. Landecker was doing a radio show with Martin's good friend Stevie Wonder when that news came across the wire. He tells the story in his book. You can read it here.

=April 4, 1968 also plays a major role in the life (and book about) LaMarr Thomas. LaMarr was a football star at Michigan State University when Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. It led to his first protest, which led to a change in life focus. LaMarr left football behind and entered the world of Civil Rights and activism, where he became a leader. That's what the title of the book is all about.

=This is the anniversary (April 4, 2023) of the release of Chicago: The Great Retirement Resource. Russ Fahrner (photo) is the co-author of the book (along with Bruce Bohrer). In the next few months Russ will have another book coming out on Eckhartz Press. Stay tuned for details

Jerry Krause

=The man Bulls fans booed even after his death, Jerry Krause, would have been celebrating a birthday this week. Would you believe that Krause appears in three different Eckhartz Press books? Chet Coppock devotes an entire chapter to Krause in Your Dime My Dance Floor. Rich King discusses the late Bulls GM in his book Ike and Me. He also tells that story in this podcast. And finally, Chuck Swirsky's Always a Pleasure also delves into the legacy of Jerry. He even has a picture.

The Daly News

=This week in 2014, Joel Daly appeared on the air at WGN Radio to discuss his memoir. It was an evening appearance on Pete McMurray's show.

=This week in 2009, his TV station (Channel 7/WLS-TV) aired this time capsule of Joel's career...

Back in the DDR

=This week in 2007, the American Army housing area in Heidelberg Germany known as Mark Twain Village was officially closed down. Several crucial chapters in the novel Back in the DDR take place there.  RIP to a time and place gone by.

=This week in 2004 (March 29), Romania joined NATO. There are also two chapters of Back in the DDR that take place in pre-NATO Romania. It's shocking how primitive the country was only 50 years ago.

Brandwidth

=This week in 2015, Kipper McGee's well respected analysis of the media in America, Brandwidth, was released.

Your Dime My Dance Floor

=Both of these Chicago icons (Chet Coppock & Norm Van Lier) are no longer with us, but they live on in the pages of Chet's book. Norm would have been 79 years old this week (April 1).

Everything I Know I Learned from Rock Stars

=Happy birthday (March 30) to music star Lene Lovich. She turns 77 years old this week. The rocker is still going strong. She just appeared at Space in Evanston, and Everything I Know I Learned from Rock Stars author Bill Paige reconnected with her, and gave her a copy of his book. This photo is in the book. That's Lene in the middle and Bill on the right.

And finally...

The Sun at the End of the Road

=This week in 1981 (April 3), the film Atlantic City was released. The movie had a profound impact on Tony Fitzpatrick, who included his essay about it in his last book. Here's a little taste...

My favorite image of Atlantic City comes from the elegant, early eighties Louis Malle film starring Burt Lancaster—in the best role of his life—and a ripe, pert Susan Sarandon who, at one point, squeezes lemons over her flawlessly naked upper body to rid herself of the scent of shucking oysters in the casino, while Lancaster surreptitiously watches.

The look on his face is one of wistful regret, mixed with animal-longing. A few scenes later, Lancaster tries to explain the place to a young, idiotic, wannabe coke dealer. As they walk down the boardwalk, Lancaster—resplendent in a wintery-white overcoat and fedora—suddenly stops, looks the punk in the face and tells him, “See that ocean, kid? Now, thirty years ago, that was something. That was an ocean.”

The dope doesn’t understand, but, at this point, we sure do. Once upon a time, this was a place of dreams. Lancaster remembers; he is this dream’s last, faithful inhabitant.

Publishing Portal--January 19, 2026

The latest news from Eckhartz Press, and a chance to peek into some of the great previous offerings from our humble little publishing company.

The Book of the Year Awards

=Another Eckhartz Press book is taking home some well-deserved hardware this coming Friday. (January 23). Daily Herald Opinion Editor Jim Slusher won in the Non-Fiction Book of the Year category. Come on out to the Book Cellar in Lincoln Square (Chicago) on Friday to see him, listen to him do a short reading, and buy his book. He will happily autograph it for you.

=The award ceremony last year was at the Tip Top Tap in the Allerton Hotel.  Mark Taylor won in the same Non-Fiction Book of the Year category. Mark's book Hospital Heal Thyself came out this week in 2024. An international publisher bought the book later in the year, but not before Mark's Eckhartz Press version won the award. Congrats to him!

=Last Comiskey author Ken Smoller (a finalist himself last year) was there too. That's him in the photo with Eckhartz Press publisher Rick Kaempfer.

=This week in 2023 the Chicago Writers Association honored Dr. David Fletcher and John Owens, writers of Chili Dog MVP. It was a great year for the book. It helped influence the Hall of Fame voters, who finally voted Dick Allen into the Hall of Fame in December of 2024.

=Speaking of Chili Dog MVP...

=One of the ex-White Sox players featured in the film and the book, the all-time great Wilbur Wood, passed away this weekend. (NY Times Obit). In 1972, during the Chili-Dog MVP season, Wilbur pitched an astounding 376 innings.

=Jim Elsener is off to a heck of a start with his new book Sirens in the Loop: A History of the City News Bureau of Chicago. Jim is the co-author of the book, which was started by his late colleague Paul Zimbrakos. It's already selling like gangbusters and it's not even officially out yet (pre-order only at this time). It also got a great write up in Chicago Magazine. Here's a small taste...

The City News Bureau of Chicago was the starting point for several of America’s most celebrated journalists: Mike Royko, Seymour Hersh, and Pam Zekman among others. The local wire service closed in 2005 after operating around the clock for 115 years. Stories about CNB have taken on characteristics of epic fishing tales, a mixture of fact and fiction: The bureau broke stories on the St. Valentine’s Day massacre (true), the Tylenol murders (also true), and on Pearl Harbor (not verifiable); one of its reporters committed armed robberies in order to write stories about them (unlikely); and its reporters would get yelled at by gruff editors until they cried (exaggerated).

To set the record straight and to tell the real history of CNB, two former staffers have produced Sirens in the Loop: A History of the City News Bureau of Chicago, publishing February 1. The book was a passion project of Paul Zimbrakos, the legendary managing editor who worked at CNB from 1958 until its closing. Zimbrakos passed away in 2022 before finishing the book, but his friend and former employee James Elsener picked up and finished the project.

=This Saturday (Jan 24), Jim will be on WGN Radio with Steve & Johnnie. Tune in at 10pm.

=Another big week for Nick Digilio and his book 40 Years, 40 Films. He held a screening of this month's Nick's Pick (Heaven Can Wait) and sold a bunch of copies of his book.

=This week will be an even bigger deal. A full-on library presentation including excerpts of films at the Rogers Park Chicago Public Library. It's free, but you can register for the event here.

=Nick was also interviewed by Neil Minow for RogerEbert.com. You can read that piece here.

=Meanwhile, earlier last week, Nick had another Eckhartz Press author (and publisher) David Stern on this SNL podcast. Entertaining discussion for sure...

=And finally, Eckhartz Press doesn't have any books about the Blackhawks (yet), but now we do have an Eckhartz Press author who was allowed to shoot the puck between periods of a game at the United Center. Sure it was 12 years ago, but we are retroactively claiming it.

=Gloria Golec was the guest for this How to Share podcast interview (entire interview is here). Thanks so much to Vicki Atkinson and Wynne Leon for doing such a wonderful job. Here is a video excerpt.

=Doug E. Jones has been out there promoting his novel via his Twitter/X handle. You never know who you will reel in that way. This week, Doug posted this tweet...

Hey, #Chicago! What do Joe Pepitone, Bozo The Clown, and Cuddly Dudley have in common? Nothing. But in 1974 Chicago they mean everything to Rick as he tries to pay off his dead father’s debt to the Irish mob. Take Me Back to Chicago is available from Eckhartz Press.

=He got a response from Vanished Chicago's famed podcaster/blogger Pete Kastenes. A picture of himself with his very own Cuddly Dudley...

=Thanks to everyone who came out on Thursday to Jeff Reiter's talk at Mayslake Peabody Estate in DuPage county. He attracted a nice group of dedicated birders and sold quite a few books.

=Jeff is back out on the road again next month.  He will be appearing at the great birder event, Gull Frolic in Lake County, on February 15.

=Don't forget, Jeff is not some fly-by-night newbie in the birding world. In fact, his first column about birds came out 22 years ago this week (1/22/04). You can read it in the pages of The Best of Words on Birds.

Additional upcoming Eckhartz Press author events. Mark your calenders...

=Rick Kaempfer and David Stern will be moderating a virtual discussion about Tony Fitzpatrick's book (The Sun at the End of the Road) on February 6th. It's free, but you need to register here.

=David Stern will be appearing at KinoWerks (5645 N. Ravenswood in Chicago) on February 14th. He'll have a table selling an assortment of Eckhartz Press books at their Arts Event that day.

=Mark Wukas (The Kiss of Night) will be appearing at Welcome to the Show at the Getaway (4530 N. Lincoln Avenue) on February 16.

=Vicki Atkinson (Surviving Sue) will be appearing at Wauconda Library (11am-12:30pm) on February 20. Vicki's debut novel is coming out later this year on Eckhartz Press.

=Robert Conlon (Celtic Knot) will be appearing at the Gman (on Clark in Chicago) on March 15.

=Lauren LoGiudice (Inside Melania) brings her Misfit Variety show to the Annoyance March 13.  Show's at 9.

Happy Birthday!

=Eckhartz Press author Bob Boone celebrated a birthday yesterday (January 18). Bob wrote a collection of short stories for us in 2021 about life at local community college. It's called City U. Still available at Eckhartz Press. (Photo L-R: Bob Boone, Richard Reeder, Rick Kaempfer)

=Eckhartz Press publishers Rick Kaempfer and David Stern were in New York last week, and they had a meeting with the filmmakers putting the finishing touches on the Mob Adjacent film. It's getting very exciting.

=Of course, while in Rome...

=Eckhartz Press author Chuck Swirsky was in the news this week. He was the recipient of a pretty blistering critque from ESPN-Radio announcers Marc Silverman and Tom Waddle (who have both been to an Eckhartz Press book signing). The duo was upset that Chuck was upset about Ben Johnson's profanity laced anti-Packers rant. Of course we are standing by our author, Chuck. But we are not upset, because if we get upset about Waddle and Silvy getting upset about Chuck getting upset, we're pretty sure some sort of space-time upset-continuum will be disturbed.

=By the way, Chuck Swirsky has some great photos in his book, including these two with this week's birthday boys Vince Carter and Pat Tomasulo.

 Behind the Glass

=The Eckhartz Press signing that Waddle and Silvy attended was the book launch for Randy Merkin's first book. Here's the photographic evidence.

=We've mentioned that Randy's second book is currently in our hands, preparing for a spring release. The great thing about Merkin's first book is that there are stories about Hall of Fame legends everywhere you turn, including three stars celebrating birthdays this week, Jack Nicklaus, Wayne Gretzky, and Chris Chelios (photo with Randy). There will be more Hall of Famers in the next book.

=This week is Ozzie Guillen's birthday (January 20). We like to think of Ozzie as an Eckhartz Press author too. After all, Ozzie wrote the foreword to Ken Smoller's book, Last Comiskey.

=This week last year (January 19), we lost one of the main characters from the book. Former White Sox manager Jeff Torborg, passed away. He was 83 years old. Jeff was the skipper of the team during their last season at old Comiskey.

I Bear Witness

=Dan McNeil was out and about last year at this time. You may have caught him at Blue Island Beer Company, or the Sports Collector Show in Orland Park (photo below).

=Eric Litt also brought his two Eckhartz Press books, Worth a Second Look and Oscars Biggest Mistakes, to a book fair in Skokie hosted by New Book Joy. Thanks to everyone who came out to say hello!

=Don't forget that The Flip Side is available in the Kindle format. Click here .

=This week in 1982 the #1 album in the country was "Great White North" by Bob & Doug McKenzie (from SCTV). Naturally the boys made an appearance at a Flip Side store with the Rosenbaums...

Hugh Hefner's First Funeral

=Pat Colander passed away this week in 2019. Publisher Rick Kaempfer wrote this tribute to her when he heard the news.

The Loop Files

=This week in 2024 Rick Kaempfer appeared at the Chicagoland Record Show (1/21). Here are a few photos from that signing. (Top photo includes fellow Loopers Neil Sant, Artie Kennedy, and Bill Holub, second photo includes David Stern and Record show founder John Govi.)

=A bonus photo from the book for this week's birthday boy (1/24/49) John Belushi.

=The Loop Files is dedicated to two special ladies, the late promotional geniuses Sandy Stahl and Cindy Gatziolis. Cindy's birthday would have been this week (January 25). That's her on the left (with fellow Looper Tricia Mladic)

Records Truly Is My Middle Name

=Here's a free excerpt from John Landecker's book about Wolfman Jack (born 1/21/38), and two photos from the book from additional famous birthdays this week, John Belushi & Ernie Harwell (1/25/18).

Everything I Know I Learned from Rock Stars

=Rock journalist Bill Paige got the opportunity to interview some of the biggest rock stars during rock and roll's heyday. Among them, Steve Perry, who turns 76 this week (1/22). He rates his own chapter in Bill's great 2017 Eckhartz Press book.

Chasing the Lost City

=Tom Weinberg was a WTTW producer for years, and wrote a book about his greatest adventure, looking for a lost city in the jungles of Honduras. The photos alone, like the one below, are worth the price of admission. This week in 2018 he had a book signing at The Book Stall in Winnetka.

Cubsessions

=He may be the White Sox radio announcer now, but back in 2016, Len Kasper was the TV play-by-play man for the Cubs. In the book Cubsessions this week's birthday boy tells the story of that magical night in Cleveland.

Doin the Cruise & Brandwidth

=This week in 2018 there was a colliding of two Eckhartz Press authors. The author of Brandwidth, Kipper McGee, interviewed the author of Doin the Cruise, Mitch Michaels. You can listen to the podcast here.

A Man A Mission A Miracle

=This week in 2020, Eckhartz Press author Andrew C. Langert released his biography of Lewis University's Brother James Gafney. This photo is Andy holding the very first copy of the book.

Your Dime My Dance Floor

=This week in 2019, Eckhartz Press author Chet Coppock made his final public appearance for a charity. He grabbed the mic and entertained the Bowling for Veterans event. That's a photo of him at the event below, along with a shot of Chet with his lifelong friend Jack Brickhouse. Jack was born this week (January 24), 110 years ago.

Cheeseland

=Randy Richardson is not just the president of the Chicago Writer's Association, he's also a three-times published Eckhartz Press author. His first book for us was the coming of age novel Cheeseland. This week in 2013, Randy recapped the many stops on his media tour.

Truffle Hunt

=Eckhartz Press Author Brent Petersen might be a famous globe-trotting foodie, but he's not getting any younger.* Want proof? His Destination Eat Drink podcast was recommended by the AARP.

*We're allowed to say that. We're even older.

The Living Wills

=This week in 2012, The Living Wills was featured on Rick Kogan's show on WGN. Both authors (Rick Kaempfer & Brendan Sullivan) gave Kogan credit for encouraging them to write this book.

Monkey in the Middle

=This week in 2021 comedian (and Eckhartz Press author) Dobie Maxwell appeared on the Comedians Over 50 podcast.

The Daly News

=For years Joel Daly delivered a nightly commentary on the Channel 7 News in Chicago. This week in 1978 he delivered his last one. Would you like to read it? It's featured in his Eckhartz Press book The Daly News.

Father Knows Nothing

=This week in 2015 Rick Kaempfer was wrapping up his Father Knows Nothing Publicity Tour.
