Twitter to Stop Counting Photos and Links in 140-Character Limit

I think this is a good compromise. Twitter was thinking of allowing no-limit tweets, but settled on refraining from counting pics and links in the 140 characters.

As someone who has to tweet links to my writing a lot, I'm all for this move.
