CBS Radio Chicago has filled the high profile PD vacancy on Country WUSN (US99) with a very familiar name -- Chicago VP of Programming Todd Cavanah has officially grabbed the US99 programming reins, succeeding Jeff Kapugi, who exited in December. In making the big announcement, SVP/Market Manager Tim Pohlman said, "Todd is the best in the business and I'm thrilled to have his talent and insight focused on one of our premiere brands. His creativity and excitement for the format will ensure that US99 continues to be Chicago's Country leader for years to come."
Todd was already overseeing the programming of the other CBS-Chicago stations, including WXRT, WJMK, and the first station he programmed in Chicago, WBBM-FM (B-96).
