Pendulum could swing back on indecency enforcement. Donald Trump knows he owes November’s victory partly to conservative Christians who care about social issues – including bad language on radio and TV. Groups like the Parents Television Council expect more out of Trump than they did from Obama. New FCC Chair Ajit Pai made his first TV appearance with Fox Business Network, and its Trish Regan asked about recent f-bombs, like Kristen Stewart on “Saturday Night Live.” Pai says “If we are presented with complaints, we are duty-bound to enforce the law…and the law that is on the books today requires that broadcasters keep it clean, so to speak.”
