In the next few weeks you'll be seeing quite a bit of coverage surrounding the 50th anniversary of JFK's assassination. CBS' coverage, with Walter Cronkite in the anchor chair, is the best remembered and most famous of the three networks. Their young intrepid reporter on the scene was Dan Rather. You would think that as the only living person on that famous coverage, he would be brought in to tell his story.
You would be wrong.
