ABC 20/20 co-host Elizabeth Vargas (a Heidelberg High School classmate of mine) has entered an alcohol rehab center for treatment of alcohol abuse. TV Newser has the details.

That's a big step to take even when you aren't in the public eye. I give her a lot of credit for realizing she has a problem and doing something about it.
