Robert Murphy, known to millions of Chicago listeners as Murphy in the Morning for the last thirty-plus years, is coming back to the Chicago airwaves. But for the first time ever, it's not to do a morning show. He's going to do afternoons at WLS-FM. (Robert Feder has the details.)
His shift is 4-8pm.
Nobody is being fired, the hours are just being revised slightly. Greg Brown is moving to 9am to 1pm, Danny Lake is moving to 1-4pm, Landecker is now doing 8-11pm, and Dick Biondi is doing 11-2am.
