RIP Lee May

One of my favorite baseball players from my childhood has passed away. Lee May was 74 years old. He was a first baseman for the Reds, Astros, Orioles, & Royals, and even though he hit quite a few homers against the Cubs, there was something about the dignified way he carried himself that always made me root for him.

His brother was White Sox outfielder Carlos May, and his grandson Jacob is now in the White Sox minor league system.
