A Headline That Makes Me Happy
From the Hill: "FCC considering rule that could keep big media companies from getting bigger"
In this case they are talking about changing the way UHF stations are counted versus the way other stations are when calculating media ownership caps. The FCC is basically saying that they should be the same now that all stations are digital, which makes perfect sense to me.
